• Due to the nature of the activities carried out, this service is restricted to minors. All activities apply to people over 16.
• The events of the Feria de Cali are subject to change by the organizers in relation to their demand. Azabache is not responsible for changes, cancellations or non-compliance in the programming or execution of these, we only act as intermediaries in the promotion of the same. 
• According to the day of arrival of the passengers, the tours included in the package will be scheduled. 
• Pending programming of the Fair. 
• Applies surcharge for night flights.
• The airport is located in Palmira, 15 kms (9.3 miles) from the city. Each passenger is entitled to one (1) piece of baggage and one (1) piece of hand, if additional transportation is required to carry the extra baggage; the cost of this will be borne by the passenger.

This begins once the capacity of STAGE III has ended or from Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 12:00 am (whichever occurs first), until the day of the event, or until the available capacity is exhausted.

Notes of the concert:

• Tickets NOT included and subject to availability.
• Entry not allowed to women in visible state of pregnancy. 
• If you do not meet the minimum age requirement, you will not be allowed entry to the event and no refund will be made.
• Area for people with reduced mobility: the event site will have areas for people with reduced mobility, who can be with one (1) companion in this area. Please inform this condition at the time of booking. Every accompanying person must have an individual ticket for access to the concert, in case he does not have a ticket he will not be able to enter the concert and the access of the person with reduced mobility will be given under the accompaniment of the logistic staff and/ or doctor.
• For the confirmation of these must be made immediate payment of the value corresponding to the tickets.
